This policy describes how Rajdhani (“we” or “us”) handles information for restaurant reservations, the waitlist, and optional waitlist text updates.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, phone number, party size, reservation or waitlist details, estimated wait, seating or dining preferences, notes you provide, and whether and when you agreed to receive waitlist text messages.
How we use information
We use this information to manage reservations and the waitlist, seat your party, remember information you ask us to keep, document SMS consent, and send the waitlist updates you requested. Waitlist texts may provide an estimated wait and notify you when your table is ready. Text consent is optional and is not required to join the waitlist.
Text messages and service providers
If you consent and waitlist texting is enabled, your phone number and message content are processed by our messaging provider, Twilio, to deliver the waitlist texts. Cloudflare hosts these public policy pages. We do not use SMS consent to send marketing messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and retention
Host stand records are stored in the browser on the device where the application is used. Staff may remove records or use the application’s backup tools. Text message records may also be retained by Twilio under its service terms and account settings. We keep information only as needed for restaurant operations, guest requests, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You may decline SMS consent and still join the waitlist. To stop waitlist texts, reply STOP. For help with texts or a request to correct or remove information, contact us using the details below.
